Go to takeout.google.com and sign in to the Google account you use for YouTube.

Under “Select data to include”, click “Deselect all.”

Scroll down and check “YouTube and YouTube Music.”

Click “All YouTube data included”, uncheck everything except “History.”

Click “Multiple formats”, find History, and make sure the format is set to JSON.

Click “Next step” and create your export (default settings are fine).

Download the file named watch-history.json and upload it here.
